I've more or less counted the MR33 out, since it almost the same price as the Hudy, but dont seem to bring anything new to the table.

Hudy vs. Arrowmax is more tough....

It sounds likethe pack either arent fully charged or of lower quality.

What's the temp, when the charger cuts off? Should be a little warm, when fully charged, but not so hot that you cant touch...
