You didn't really ask the question quite properly.
The "tuned" engines are modified versions of the standard engines eg. Novarossi Flash .12 is standard and the Flash .12 "Tuned" is factory modified.

I highly doubt that is true, plus it's already kind-of wrong anyway - a clutch is designed to slip, but how much depends on the material and gap.

With the RTR engine it comes with, 16% will do fine, but if you want more power, you can use 20% or even 25% - but the more nitro you use, the quicker it will wear out the engine.

depends what kind of engine you have. Racing engines see a lot more abuse than engines such as the N12 for example. They have more power, see much more RPM and so just the tiniest flaw could destroy...

As far as I remember, there aren't any rules stating how large the wheel wells are allowed to be - it's more or less common sense not to make them INCREDIBLY large (it would just look wierd!)

Just use the cutout lines provided on the body, and check to see if the wheels (at maximum diameter) hit the body, or able able to catch the body at all. Then just enlarge it where it is needed.
