1. So at the end, tighten it so some resistence is felt. Not tight and hard to turn, just so it take a small bit of effort to turn one wheel...

1. Maybe you helped me find the problem....there is no nut insert. There are six screws, all the same lenght, 4 from bottom, 2 from top. They are an exact match for the full scale hardware...
