It's classified as temperature in Celsius. Lower temps you have softer compound you use so 0/18 is super soft (like from zero to +18), 15/25 (like from +15 to +25) is soft and 21/40 is medium.

Yes you can use them. You can also use JQ ThePlug or BULLITT B-P3 or even REDS T4C. REDS also has the TS3 and TS4 plugs coming out. Those will also work. Plenty of plugs to choose from

One pipe to consider with THE Engine is Alpha 2090 with the changeable stinger. With 7mm venturi and 7.5mm insert it's very nice combination. Very linear and nice runtimes.
