Thanks for the advice, unfortunately I have already bought a lot of 2S batteries so I have to stick with this setup for this season at least. Maybe looking into a 4S setup for next year!

Found that the pins holding the CVDs to the stub axle were worn. Instead of buying 2 rebuild kits for $6.99 each I bought 20 M2x10mm pins from ebay for $1.81 shipped.

Fits perfectly, so now I can...

Finally got all parts to complete the EB48.4 steering upgrade :) Now only time is missing!!
