All I' ve changed on mine since 2006 is the drive pins, diff cups and rear outer hinge pins. Its pretty clapped out and needs a chassis but its on its original arms, gears,axles, drive shafts etc....

You may want to try a new clutch bell if you have had multiple bearing failures. If the bearing doesnt fit nice and snug in the bell it wont last long. And Im sure your using good quality bearings...

Proper way is to push the pinion with your thumb...

Proper way is to push the pinion with your thumb from the inside of the gear case up against the bearing then put the coupler all the way on and tighten down the coupler set screw with no play.
