the 19t should have been faster if the are both the same type of motor. less turns is always faster. i would recommend i little bit more battery capacity if going to 7t, which would be ungodly fast...

the heatsink mid-plate that the moore speed comes with is very stiff. if your problem is very minimal you can try removing the two back 2mm screws and leaving them off, or the two front 1.5mm screws...
