I believe the shu wheels are about 1mm narrower offset

And yeah wider track narrow hex keeps track width the same it changes shock leaverages and roll centre the car will tend to be more stable...

I disagree with the yatabe springs you are probably running it way to stiff we run on very high grip on spikes and staggers on reds and white AE no roll bars they make the car inconsistent on high...

i would check again the front 416 short arms are...

i would check again the front 416 short arms are shorter than tc and tcx arms the shock locations are in the same place but the roll bars are in a differnt location so the geometry is not the same.
