I understand that if I took 2 packs of 9,6V 3000 mah and 5000 mah with the same c rating.

the Mah x C ends up telling the 5000mah would be able to provide more power?

Batteries are fine.

The thing is though, the car running the 2100 kv just draws the battery 1/2 faster than my other car...
