Just finished installing my Poseidon 2028 motor...

Just finished installing my Poseidon 2028 motor and Castle XLX esc into my Losi R8. She perfect now. Wiring is dream to fit. Any one else out there doing anything similar.

Would a Traxxas Xo1 motor or ESC or both work and fit the Audi R8. That does 100mph. Is it possible to install the XO1 kit and change the pinion to the 100mph pinion.

Apparently the ESC that it comes with is an old one thats been rebranded. Not many good reviews on it, hence why i think changing the ESC would be good.

It was bought from the UK biggest Model shop so no issues with that.

I did drive it with stock wheels and went through 2 sets. Yes the adaptors were from a chap on Facebook and really aint looking forward to trimming the splitter and body shell. But if needs must........

Got my wheel adaptors today and new GRP wheels. Put on and fit good. However the front wheels rub against the front splitter and bottom half of body shell and they are also VERY VERY close...

Has any one any idea of speed yet on this car. Standard hearing on 6s?

Also try the 16/17 tooth pinion losi recommend for better acceleration.

Let me know if you get a result.
