WTB an esc to handle a 4500kv motor SMC

Looking to buy a used ESC that can handle a SMC 4500kv motor for a SCT. Just burned out my current one.
I'm new to the hobby and any suggestions would be of help.

Shopping for a new transmitter in the $200-$300 range. Out of the Airtronics MT-4, Futaba 4PLS, Hitech Lynx 4S and Graupner X-8N, what are some of the pros and cons of all transmitters? Not sure...
