I reseated and made sure all the Ring Gear screws were evenly torqued. and tightened it all back up but it was still tight on that one half. So i added a 3rd shim to the ring gear side and tried it...

I put 2 shims on ring gear side this time (fingers are hurting) tightened it all down. And spun the pinion, now there's a spot on the differential that spins actually ok now, but then there's an area...

I desperately need some links for batteries for the receiver...
