I have both. The Tekno does turn sharper at low speed but going back and forth I definitely prefer the Losi at this point.

That would be too easy lol. It appears certain combos do not like each other. Having 2 r10 pros and 2 max's I am confident there is an issue with this combo.

I thought hobbywing and orion were the same ESC. They will not run sensorless on the r10 pro either. They try and do spin a but but nothing that is driveable.

Yes, the max runs fine on my rx8 gen 2 and also on an almost new r10 pro. Both orions are on the latest software.

To add more confusion to it my viper esc will not run the max either.

Are the 1.0 and 2.0 the same shafts? Tekno does not list them as being 2.0 compatible but I may be wrong. Trying to rush an order in today due to my pins being worn on the front shaft at the center...
