Fai, probably due to wheel size. I haven't measure the size myself but other told me that Tamiya wheels are slightly smaller than Yokomo ones.

The new 3700 cells are 22.9-23mm in diameter, compare to 22.6-22.7mm of the 3300 cells. We may need some dremeling for fitting the 3700 into current chassis.
Weight per cell is ~66g.
