Setup help

Does anyone have a good set up for a rough track? I've tried lots of things and my biggest problem is the rear seems extremely loose the car does not feel balanced I've tried a bunch of setups online...

That's what I think but my race director says...

That's what I think but my race director says since it says 1804 it's good. I personally run the reedy. Another guy at the track is running it. I would love to hear from robk.

Is the certified version legal or just the regular. It is listed as 1804 is legal but the certified is 1804X

I run on same surface and the Sponsored AE guys said they like the carbon better than the aluminum. Aluminum is needed to calm it down on high bite according to them.
