The reciever has a 27 mhz crystal and so does the...

The reciever has a 27 mhz crystal and so does the transmitter but the reciever says 75 mhz on the sticker so does that mean i have to use 75mhz crystals?

i read over that i have everything hooked up right but i think i figured out what might be wrong the reciever say 75 mhz and i am using 27 mhz crysals could this be the problem?
