Yea, I agree on the hobby shop. 20% margin is the norm on parts/kits, so as long as u have a good flow of racers breaking stuff there should be some profit ..:D IMO it makes more cents..hehe to 1st...

The issue is rent, warehouse on the westside ~ 10,000SqFt is around $0.55-$1.00 per sqft. So your fixed cost is at $6000 or so right off the bat. Add utility and misc. like insurance its approaching...
