throttle servo issue

Now this has got me absolutely stuffed..
My throttle/brake servo on my mugen mrx3 has the problem after applying brakes the servo "locks" in a position and until i reapply throttle again stays there...

A real downside for Mandurah is the fact there doesn't seem to be many open spaces for this kind of activity, especially considering there will be IC engines.
I guess the neighbors tolerate it once...
