opinion on B4.1

OK, here it is,
My background is in elec TC, but im looking for a change and wanting to look at off rd.
How much better is the 4.1 over the B4?
Is it really that ,much better or more of update?...

Just for my 2c worth,
this track is a not a horse power track. this is evident buy the simple fact that good lines and set up AREN"T outweighed by horse power.
Is this a problem? in my opinion,...
