i got out of raicng a year ago- the biggest thing that kill R/C racing is the cost. it costs a lot, especially for a college student.

definitely farther forward then you think!, i think i have 3 CR pads and 1 or 2 22-series battery pads behind a shorty. i ran 2 '22 series pads' with a long pack.

is the motor temping at 200 with a temp gun on it? or is the ESC shutting it down?
the temp cutoff for the motor should be set round 220 to 240, since it is internal reading.
