Nitro spur (means stock metal for you?) is 48T, I use it with 16T pinion / 1900kv not-tekin motor. Enough speed for me.
43T spur with 13-14T pinion should be fine. But depends on track...

I have a Trackstar 120A too. It calibrated fine with all Spektrum radios until I plugged the Turnigy program card yesterday (only checked the settings, didnt changed anything)....

Maybe they bent because the front arms can go "up" too much and the driftshafts are straining in the diff outdrives.
Incorrect shock position setup +big landings can cause this.

Both are great buggies with almost the same wearing level. Both can setup for any track you want to drive.

Choose the one which is in better condition/less used/better priced if u buy it in second...
