thanks for the replies and advice guys- the diff gears look good but the ring gear free spins on the diff itself very easily i hav a brand new gear set and ball bearing so i will replace them 2morrow...

i think it could b just the slipper clutch i will play around with it when my battery charges. come on guys not a bad price for 2 cars. go halves with a mate or something.
