June 21 ROAR warm up race

I run 4wd short course. Is pre-registration required' or can I sign up the day of the race. I'm planning to come up for the June 21 ROAR warm up race.

I'm an out of towner from Maryland, but I'll be in FL from 12/27 to 1/3. Will Strickland be open for race or practice any of those days? I've been there once before several years ago.
