Default Pitbox question answered!

Justin74;

Most of the people that I race with use some kind of Fishing Tackle box for a Pitbox. They have several drawers with lots of nice compartments for all of your parts and tools, etc.
Use a Large totebin to haul the bigger items.
Walmart is a good place to look, or any of the larger Sporting Goods stores.

Yup, Plano makes a lot of good tackleboxes that are great for our stuff, & you can find them just about anywhere...

I use a Rubbermaid tool box...it's fairly large. For smaller parts and screws I use smaller, clear Plano tackle boxes that have alot of small compartments. I manage to fit the smaller tackel boxes w/ parts, screws etc, along with my tools, screwdrivers, pliers, soldering iron, one transmitter, 2 chargers and maybe 6 or so batteries all inside.

I've used larger tackel boxes in the past but this is my favorite box so far. It's quite compact and makes it easy to lug your stuff around from track to home or where ever you drive.
