Try to find yourself one of the Ofna torsen center diffs. They were supposed to send power to the wheels with traction instead of offloading to the useless side. This would help traction tremendously.

Youl'll probably have to get creative with some turnbuckles or all thread to make a wheelie bar. Just pick your mounting points and use your creativity. The good thing about making your own is that you can set the wheels mush closer to the ground than a production type bar would allow. This keeps the car going forward instead of up. Wheelies are wasted power. They look cool, but take away from your goal.
