What's the difference between TLR and Losi?

Title says it all, is there a big difference or no? They have different websites but the same trucks.

TLR=Team Losi Racing. The products sold under the TLR label are supposed to be more racing oriented (selling mostly kits) while the normal Losi brand has more RTR stuff for bashing, etc.
