About dremeling out diff cases:

Doesn't this create a spot for wear? I in no way am not trusting you, it's just I would like another opinion. It just seems weird to me.

getting a freeflowing drivetrain is all about these things:
-free bearings
-grinded out diff cases
-lightweight drivetrain
-properly shimed

Dead on! Consider it free speed at no cost except the time do it. Well worth every minute of it.
