need help setting up my team c stadium truck for clay tracks... what setup would be great for acceleration AND high speeds ???

I'm new too, but here's something I learned that works for traction, acceleration and top speed...
less pinion teeth typically means more acceleration with lower top speeds. vice versa for pinion gears with more teeth - we all know that. However, pinion gears with more teeth tend to spin the wheels less when you floor it, so you may get MORE traction which will give you MORE acceleration coupled with the higher top speeds you get everything. It's advice I got here, but I often see the opposite advice given for more acceleration. I guess it depends on the grip you have on a given track. ...just something I thought is worth adding to this thread.
Next up I'm going to test punch control on my esc for more traction and accel power
