Will this combo work alright for charging two 2s or 3S LiPo batteries at one time? Sorry, but the website wont let me post links because I am new.

It should work. But its usaully always a good idea to get a Power supply a bit stronger then what the charger needs so you have a little bit of head room and so your not over working the power supply pretty much every time you use it.

Agree, it will work, but depending on what charge rate you are looking for it might be under powered for that charger. For 1C charging of commonly sized lipos it should be fine.

The highest charge rate on a pair of 3S lipos would be in the 8 to 9 amp range each, around 13A for 2S. Also fully agree it's best to leave a little head room so a little less would be safer, perhaps 6A and 9A or so.

If you do go for it see if the charger has settings for the power supply, set it to prevent inadvertently overloading the supply. Don't know if that charger has the feature but many of the bigger chargers do.
