Arrow Will Serpent Impact wheels fit 1/10 touring car ?

Will Serpent Impact wheels fit 1/10 touring car ? I heard that they don't have a 12mm hex pattern on the back. Do they have accommodation to slip on the axle an held/driven by the drive pin ??? Any help and especially pics would be great, Thanks !

The Impact wheel is from a 235mm-class car. It will be of a different diameter, wider, and significantly more offset than a touring car wheel and they are for foam tires. One of the rears will be about as wide as a touring car a-arm itself.
However, if this is for some sort of home-built project car, here is a pic of the axle setup they go on via Serpent: http://www.serpent.com/files/img/1790b.jpg
