51.8v. 1S is 3.7v, 2S 7.4v... Just keep adding up to 14 or just multiply 14x3.7. What are you putting this in just out of curiosity?

If I'm not mistaken those are nicad cells, if so each cell is 1.2 volts nominal. Or 16.8 volts nominal for a 14 cell pack, assuming they are all in series. Like most any battery fully charged it will be a little higher than nominal.

A couple random pictures of sub C sized nicads for reference, do they look anything like these?

1800 and 2100 refer to cell capacity, typically in milliAmp-hours (mAh). Which equates to run time for practical purposes. 2100 will run a little longer than 1800. I've seen sub C sized nicads from 1200 to I think 2400mAh or so.

Suggest switching to lipo battery if at all possible, especially with a large model. Just be sure to either get an ESC with lipo cutoff, or use an external cutoff or alarm, to prevent over discharging the lipo. With a suitable lipo balance charger.

At least a 4S lipo, perhaps higher voltage, depending on the motor used. Lipos are so much better than nicads, more power and much more run time, can be charged right away after running, etc.

Be sure to follow a few basic rules, don't over discharge, over charge, keep away from heat, be careful with physical damage, store at roughly half charged.

Check your LHS first then if not you can check tower hobbies, a main, hobbypartz, or eBay. Those are just to name a few. Hobbyking sells decent batteries for a cheap price as well. You can pretty much find all your looking for through these shops.
