Default New to RC....Garage Sale Find (RC10 content) NOW WITH A PIC

Hi, I guess this is the place for introductions. Wanted to get into RC since I was a kid, just never did. Went to a garage sale last week, and saw a deal on 3 chassis, none of them runners. One is a gold pan, the other is a RC10 style, might be a graphite, might be homemade, and the other is definitely homemade with a different style of suspension.
I'm checking out different forums, trying to find one that is really active and friendly.

So, just checking things out, figuring out the right place to post questions. Here's a few pics....

EDIT: Woo hoo, I can post pics now.

This is a good place to hang for you. Visit around, read some posts faqs etc. post up a few times. Rc10talk is a tough crowd, it just takes time either way. We have a vintage forum/thread somewhere : )

Thanks. Uploaded a pic to an album here, but still looks like I need a minimum number of posts. I'll get there.

Found out the different looking suspension is from a Tamiya Rough Rider. It's really different. The entire rear section...chassis, transmission, control arms are cast metal pieces.
