Default Engine question

I have a Collari .12 engine by Werks Racing. Recently I replaced the head buttom because the thread was damage. After putting all the engine parts back to where it should be (I make sure all the parts are clean). I started the engine to test if every thing is OK. The rpm went up very high almost immediately. I stopped the engine without touching any of the mixture ajustment. If anyone have any suggestion what I should do to fix this problem I'm greatly appreciated.

Make sure that youve replaced the throttle linkage (if you took the engine out) and that the linkage/throttle isnt being held wide open.
I`d say though that it just needs a retune.....richen it out a couple of turns and then retune from there.
