Which Threadlocker to use?
Permatex 24024 Low Strength Threadlocker Purple, 6 ml Tube
Permatex 24200 Medium Strength Threadlocker Blue, 6 ml
Have you guys had any experience with these threadlockers? Any suggestions?

actually that thread locker is no good for small screws. it's meant for 1/4" diameter and larger screws.
the threadlocker product range is far larger than you know about. there is charts engineers use to determine the proper one.
Loctite emailed me about using their's on small diameter screws and they did not recommend the stuff you get at the auto parts stores.

I've never had any luck with the sticks. they seem to work just fine on larger stuff(car/motorcycle bolts) but not on the little RC stuff. I've been using associated's loctite and it's a lot better than anything at the auto parts store. plus you get a lot more of it for less $ than the auto parts stores stuff. just remember to shake the stuff up a lot before you use it. they do separate

Auto parts thread lock is for auto parts.....you need something that is for RC, IMO the rc stuff is made thinner and less agressive because if the fact that it will be used in such small areas, and also because you will be dealing with plastic, I have seen others that use the automotive stuff and it looks to me as if the plastic was eaten up, but this is just my 2 cents
