Hey RC people i got this u drive Subaru as a present a few years ago and have just digged it back out if noticed that its got more power when it going in reverse than it has when it goes forward. Does any one know how to sort this problem out, also I am looking to upgrade I want something quick but not to expensive any ideas will be greatly appreciated

First is the subaru a toy grade car? It sounds like it, I can't find it online.
Second. What is your definition of " quick but not too expensive" about 400, 500? 20 mph, 40 mph? And do you want an onroad car, a 190-200 mm standard rc sedan. Also, do you want kit or rtr

Nm on the Subaru, found it. Yeah it's toy grade so there isn't much you can do to fix it.
