Default hpi mini recon problems

ive had a hpi mini recon for a lil over a year and probably only have about 4 or 5 hours on the battery, it use to work fine for awhile but recently i have been running into a problem, the problem is that every time i jump it (not any high jumps), or it bumps into something the whole thing just cuts out and i have no control, untill after about 3 to 5 seconds it comes back and i have control again, any ideas or suggestions on what it could be?

What kind of plugs you running on esc and battery? Check your battery connections and make sure everything is tight and soldered right.

Anything loose in the wires on the ESC or motor wires?

You will still have steering if it was just motor wires. Most likely it is bad connection in plugs for battery.
