hot bodies d8-t oil & diff problem

do any body knowes what is a good diff set up for the hot bodies d8-t for racing & whats the right shock oil number to use for front & back shocks.

i run 7/7/3 diff oils and shock oils i run 32.5 in front and 37.5 in rear
