Default RC10 T4, good choice or bad

im new to electric cars, in interested in buying a rtr, associated rc10 t4,
i have heard good things about associated,
anyone here have an rc10 t4 electric, not nitro,

how do u like it,

it looks kind of low, how well do you guys feel its gonna handle grass, i plan on using it for leisure, in my back yard, but i dont want to have a problem getting thru regular height grass,

Anyone with an electric rc10, would like to hear your opinions.

i love nitro cars, but dont want the constant maintence they require, thanks, pete

The RC10T4 is a very good truck. I'm not sure how the RTR version compares to the kit, but it is a very sturdy truck and has a lot of aftermarket hop-ups. You will not be disappointed.

Associated T4, and Losi's XXX-t are both killer race trucks, but for backyard driving in grass. I would recomend a E-Maxx monster truck, they are great fun for the backyard basher.

I'd highly recommend looking at something else if you plan to run on grass that's any taller than golf course putting green height. Running in grass puts a ton of strain on the motor, battery, and esc. As stated above, an E-Maxx would be much better suited to running in grass, and is just a better all around basher. It's got a ton more ground clearance, and is more rugged. The larger tires are more forgiving of rough terrain, as well.
The T4 is better suited to a prepared track surface or bashing in the driveway and out in the street.
