Default Gearing help for a 7.5 TC3

I've been all over the internet trying to find the proper spur and pinion gear for my 7.5 duo3. I've tried gear chart and the search on here but none of that makes a bit of sense to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried www.rcgearhead.com? You can punch in all the necessary info and it will tell you your ideal final drive ratio (for a TC3 with a 7.5, it's 7).

It doesn't list all types of motors; just find a manufacturer that makes a similar motor. I use Novak since they have just about every type of motor imaginable).

Then, you can adjust your pinion/spur until your find drive ratio equals 7.

Long story short, a good starting point for you is 26/72.
