when i put loctite on screws i cout the whole thing, just not very thickly, like a drop on each side, then spread it around with the nozzle..., otherwise it just beads up at the top when you tighten it or will leak down into the bottom where you don't want it (like on the bushing for the turnbuckle). OUCH!

one drop of the blue is more than enough. the nice thing about the blue is you can remove screws/bolts and reuse them with normal tools.
