Default electrical problems or parts incompatible?

A have a rtr scte. The servo froze on me. I replaced with s hitec hs-7945sh. I had glitch problems at first. So I threw in a spektrum glitch buster. Glitch problems 99% gone. Now when I use full throttle there is a hesitation in response. Os the new servo drawing to much power from the battery? If so, how can I fix it?

Hesitation in throttle response or the steering goes dead?
