Should I expect to pay for a cheap, used esc/motor combo for a 1/10?

Depends. Brushed or brushless? Quality or price? Could be from $50 to $150 .

$35-45 shipped. In fact I've got a used hpi blitz esc and a brand new hpi saturn 15t motor for sale, $40 shipped. PM if interested.
