The Onyx line of chargers are no-frills and work awesome. This one shows out of stock at the moment, but it's one to look for: http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...er-w-LCD-4S-8A

I know you had mentioned wanting to get back into racing at some point as well in the other thread so I would add the Thunder 610C to the list of what you should consider. It has a "competition mode" that actually charges your batteries to the limit in the rules, 8.44 whereas most chargers, especially the cheaper ones, cut at 8.40.

With chargers, you can buy a good one once or a cheap one and then a good one...

I was using a cheap 5amp charger for a while that would only charge to 8.39V. I recently bought a ProTek iCharger 208b. It can charge at up to 20Amps and you can set the end voltage. The extra bit of voltage as well as the amperage that you charge at really does seem to make a difference. I noticed a big difference in initial rip. I charged some batteries for my friends at 12Amps and 4.22V/cell and they all noticed the difference too. One of them just ordered an iCharger last night from nexusracing

I spent $45 on a venom charger 2 months ago and already need to upgrade to something that can charge multiple packs and faster. The charger I bought is too slow and most of my day at the track is spent waiting for batteries to be charged.
