Factory sc10 ESC modes?

So i was told i can change to different modes for basic or speed on the factory sc10 brushless esc. and so if that's true how is this done?

According to the manual for your ESC, it does offer different throttle profiles. However, those will effect how the power is applied and not "speed" in terms of top speed.
