Well for $80 it is probably a beginner car and brushed. And i cant seem to find that truck so i cant say much else. And was it $80 because it was on sale or was that normal price?

The listing says it comes with a 1500 mah/2s lipo battery so make sure you buy a charger that is capable of charging AND balancing lipo batteries. Most any new lipo charger will be safe. Just make sure it is a lipo charger or you'll blow up your battery.

You'll also need to see what kind of connection that truck uses on its batteries and buy the appropriate charge lead.

Good luck!
