If you're bashing, the Duratrax Onyx series have a good reputation. If you're racing, a charger like the Thunder Power 610, with it's competition mode that maxes your charge out to the ROAR limit, is what you want.

Charger recommendation dpends on what you want/need to charge? Are you running just 2S lipos up to 5-6000mah? Or 5000mah 4S lipos - those need diff chargers to make the most of charging time. Do you want a AC powered charger or a DC powered charger?

If just 2S, Thunder AC6 sold by Hobbypartz is a good charger. If you're running 4S lipos, that requires more output power from a charger and you'd need 100watt charger. The Dynamite Passport Ultra AC charger would be a good option in this case. Both have builtin balancers for lipo.

There are DC powered chargers starting at 50watts (good for 2S) and they go up from there. You'd need a separate power supply to run one of those though.

The onxy 230 is a great charger. But the trintion eq is a bit more expensive but worth it.
