Losing my patience. Please help me

The engine will use a lot more fuel during the break-in period, but expect to use a significant amount of fuel once it's broken in since you're using a race-oriented engine. 8 minutes per tank is probably what you'll see, maybe a little less.
Entry level radio gear is OK to start with, but as you gain experience you'll start to appreciate the features and benefits of higher-end equipment. Metal geared servos are a must for 8th scale buggies because of the amount of stress placed on the throttle and steering linkages, and the better receivers tend to handle shock and vibration better than the cheaper ones. Basic radio gear offers enough transmitter adjustment capability to properly operate a surface model, but the fine adjustments (i.e. dual rate, throttle/steering exponential rate adjustment, etc.) make the model easier to control and drive to its fullest potential, especially on a race track.
For now, the radio gear you have will be fine as you learn the basics - but I have a feeling you'll outgrow it very quickly.
