Questions?? Good LiPo?

I am looking into buying a LiPo battery for my TT-01. I am planning on getting a brushless motor and esc to go along with it. I think this is a pretty decent one: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXTCE1&P=0
I am confused as to what the little white plug is... Anyone know? It looks like it might plug into the esc or something.
I would really like to stay limited to tower hobbies but if you know of a really great one somewhere else I am open to the idea. And I would like to keep it under $100

The little white plug is a balancing plug, used to keep the cells of the lipo balanced while charging. Here's a good link to read up on lipo technology before you dive in to using them: http://www.rchelicopterfun.com/rc-lipo-batteries.html.

I have the same lipos but with larger c rating... They are great IMO.. The white plug is for when you balance charge the battery. That's seems like a pretty good price too.
