Default Best substitute for Tamiya 600 shock oil?

I am trying to find a cheap and abundant replacement for Tamiya 600 shock oil.

Is Associated 60wt a good choice? Any suggestions for a better choice?

TIA,
Ron

the ae shock oil numbers don't correspond very well with cst. Associated 50 is actually 650 cst and their 40 is 500. Maybe AE 45 would be close.

It is close to Losi 50 weight shock oil. Mugen is good oil if you can find it at LHS.

I think the losi oil is some of the best stuff out there, and most Hobby shops carry it.

Honestly. AE shock oil has never let me down. But in all asides, whatever shock oil your local shop carries. That's the way I go.
