you will need bullitt connectors and maybe Dean connectors. You will need a good soldering iron or actually you can get the pre-soldered Deans already on some wires.

You could actually solder bullitt connectors to your ESC and then plug them in the those lipos. You have to be careful not plug them in backwards before you turn on your ESC.

What are dean connectors?

Do I need a special lipo charger for that battery?

deans connectors are a type of connector.
You would need banana/bullet conectors to put into that particular battery - if you enlarge it, you can see where it says Positive and Negative next to the holes.

...and yes, you would need a LiPo specific charger.

most lipo batteries are not manufactured in that format. most have the typical pos/neg plug and a separate balance plug. i wouldnt recommend those packs for your first lipo packs. its too easy to switch the connectors around. Maybe look at the venom packs, they are reasonable the pretty straightforward.

From the ques you ask, it prob wouldn't hurt to do some reading about lipo batteries so you know something about them, their characteristics, requirements and safe handling -

Even if your esc is off and you plug it in backwards bad things that cost money can happen, don't ask how I know.

may want to look into connectors that are impossible to hook up incorrectly. (deans, traxxas, etc...)
